Who we are

This website is operated by AIDC Group Holding, NNN Building (5th Floor), Phonsinuan Road, Ban Phonsinuan, Sisattanak District, Vientiane, Laos. Questions about this notice or your information go to info@aidclaos.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, your email address, your organization if you give one, and your message. We do not ask for anything else, and you can contact us by phone or email instead if you prefer.

When you apply for a job on our careers page we receive the position you chose, your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your cover note, and the CV you attach.

Why we use it

Only to read and reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list. Job applications are used only to assess you for roles at AIDC and to contact you about them.

Where it is kept

Your message or application is emailed to our team through our business email provider (Zoho Mail) and saved in a private inbox that only authorised AIDC staff can open, hosted by our database provider (Supabase). CVs are kept in private storage with the same provider and are never publicly accessible. The website itself is hosted by Vercel. These providers process the information on our behalf and may store it outside Laos.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to follow up on any resulting discussion, and then delete them. We keep job applications while we are recruiting for the role you applied for, or for suitable future roles, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Its fonts are served from this website, so viewing a page does not send your IP address to a font service.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by writing to info@aidclaos.com. We will reply as soon as we can.
